Purpose
The AI-Trait Search feature is designed to reduce search costs for users by enabling them to search for NFTs with particular traits. Instead of having to navigate complex tick-boxes and facet filters, users can directly enter individual traits or combinations of traits in the search bar, quickly obtaining a list of the most relevant NFTs.

Search NFTs by Trait Names
The primary functionality of this feature is to allow users to search for NFTs using trait names. For example, users can input traits like "sunglasses yellow puffer pink background" for Doodles and the system will return a list of matching NFTs.
Natural Language Support
The Trait Search feature leverages machine learning models to enable searches with approximate trait names, spelling mistakes, and synonyms. For instance, searching for "leopard" within Bored Apes would yield apes with the "Fur: Cheetah" trait. This feature makes it easier for users to find their desired NFTs faster.
Search Analytics
The Trait Search feature also provides search analytics. You can see how long it took for the search to complete, how many NFTs were searched, and how many results were generated. Additional performance metrics that measure the quality of the search results are under development. The speed of search is continually being improved with ongoing research and development.
